What we receive

This website does not have an account or checkout. If you use our contact form or email Frayse, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, message, and details about a proposed location.

How we use it

We use correspondence to answer questions, discuss products or potential smart retail placements, and keep records of those conversations. We may retain messages as needed for business records or legal obligations.

Website services

Our contact form uses FormSubmit to process your submission and forward it to our business email. FormSubmit also provides spam protection and may process technical information associated with submissions. Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which may include your IP address and browser information. This site also loads Google Fonts and some marketplace logos from third-party servers; those providers may receive technical information when your browser requests their files. We do not currently operate an account system, online checkout, or site-owned analytics tracker here.
